The problem might be AVG (2011 Business Edition). There are at least three possibilities:
1) Disable all AVG addons in your Internet Explorer (in case it responds), or
2) uninstall IE10 completely and get back to the previous version (probably IE9), or
3) install other browser like Firefox (you might have problems downloading installation files if IE10 does not work, try USB storage or e-mail or any other way to transfer to your PC).
